Returns Policy
Non-Returnable Items:
RUIKE KNIVES / TOOLS are non-returnable. Only manufacturing defects will be entertained for replacement.
Claim Process:
- Contact our customer service with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
- Return the item to us for inspection and evaluation.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us. If the claim is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item back to the customer.
